Refund & Cancellation Policy

However, we understand that plans change. This policy outlines how we handle refunds and cancellations for appointments and course purchases.

1. Counseling Appointments

We value the time of our counselors and clients. The following rules apply to one-on-one sessions:

  • Cancellations 24 Hours in Advance: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.
  • Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. This is to compensate the counselor for the reserved time slot.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("No-Show"), no refund will be issued.
  • Counselor Cancellation: If a counselor cancels the session due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
2. Digital Courses

We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. However, to prevent abuse of our intellectual property, the following applies to course purchases:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the course content.
  • Eligibility Condition: Refunds for courses are only available if you have viewed less than 20% of the course content. If you have completed a significant portion of the course or downloaded associated materials, a refund may be denied.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our platform that we cannot resolve, you will be issued a full refund regardless of the timeframe.
3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact our support team with your Booking ID or Order Number and the reason for your request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer). Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the transaction in your statement.
